The Role
As Business Growth & Partnerships Manager at Zenith, you're the growth accelerator. You'll identify and capitalize on business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and expand our network of drivers, vehicle owners, and corporate clients.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys networking, loves negotiation, and gets energized by closing deals and building relationships. You'll be the face of Zenith in your market, representing us to vehicle owners, corporate clients, and potential partners.
What You'll Do
Identify and develop partnerships with vehicle owners and fleet ownersBuild relationships with corporate clients for bulk transportation needsSource drivers and create onboarding campaigns for fleet expansionNegotiate partnership terms and manage ongoing partner relationshipsIdentify and pursue business opportunities in the local marketSupport customer acquisition initiatives and marketing campaignsDevelop partnerships with complementary service providersGenerate, qualify, and manage business leads for different verticalsConduct market research and identify growth opportunitiesSupport pricing strategy and positioning decisionsCoordinate with operations teams to fulfill partner requirementsMaintain CRM and track partnership pipelinePrepare partnership proposals and business casesEnsure partner satisfaction and manage ongoing relationshipsWhat We're Looking For
