The Role
As our HR & Talent Acquisition Executive, you're not just filling positions—you're building the team that will define Zenith's culture and capabilities. You'll be the first dedicated HR person in the organization, which means you'll have the opportunity to shape how we hire, develop, and retain talent.
You'll own the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, and play a crucial role in building an organizational culture that attracts high performers.
What You'll Do
Build and execute recruitment strategies for multiple roles across operations, tech, finance, and business teamsSource and screen candidates from LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other platformsCoordinate interview processes and manage candidate communicationsManage onboarding programs for new employees (both white-collar and operational staff)Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and documentationTrack attendance, leaves, and HR administrationCoordinate with operations team to understand staffing needs and timeline requirementsAssist in payroll coordination and ensure timely salary disbursalBuild hiring pipelines for future growth requirementsCreate and implement company policies and proceduresHandle employee relations and conflict resolutionSupport office administration and logistics when neededDevelop HR dashboards and metrics to track team growthWhat We're Looking For
