The Role
As the Software Reliability Engineer at Zenith, you'll be responsible for ensuring the Zenith platform operates smoothly every single day. You'll work directly with Zenith's team while representing Exactable, monitoring platform health, resolving operational issues, coordinating with developers, and making sure technology never becomes a bottleneck for the business.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, thinking systematically, and taking ownership of mission-critical operations.
What You'll Do
Monitor the day-to-day functioning of the Zenith platform and ensure smooth operationsAct as the primary technical point of contact between Zenith and ExactableIdentify, document, prioritise, and track bugs and operational issuesCoordinate with developers to ensure timely resolution of reported issuesVerify fixes and conduct functional testing before deployment where requiredAssist Zenith staff with platform usage, workflows, and operational queriesMonitor operational dashboards and identify anomalies or recurring issuesMaintain issue logs, documentation, and internal operational recordsRecommend workflow improvements and operational efficienciesEscalate critical issues promptly while ensuring minimal operational disruptionAssist with onboarding and training of new platform usersPrepare periodic operational reports and updates for both Zenith and ExactableWhat We're Looking For
